A normal boring day.

The Doctor lay there, silent and still. The machine moved aback against the wall of it's own accord.

"he better not be dead..." she mumbled while poking him again

The Doctor suddenly coughed and leaned to the side, coughing erraticly. He coughed for a while then flopped back, breathing heavily.

"Thank you." he said to Anya.

Anya sighed, "next time when i say something like, 'your hurt you need medical attention.' will you listen to me?" she asked him

The Doctor grinned weakly.

"I'll try." He laid there, and looked at her. "Does this mean you'll want to come with me?"

"Sure i guess anywhere is better than here." Anya said with a slight smile.

The Doctor grinned again and shifted slightly, sitting up slowly and getting to his feet where he stood there, his body shaking slightly and his knees looking weak.

"I need to sleep this off though.. in my room preferably. I'll show you to the library if you want though first."

"library. fine with me." Anya said getting slightly excited about the library.

He grinned.

"I warn you. It's big" he took a tentative step forward. "Oh and the swimming pool was in there last so i'd be carefull." He managed to show her to the library wich had thankfully been moved closer to them and turned to her.

"If you find the swimming pool, tell me. I'll be next door if you need me." The library was huge and mainly mahogony. Rows and rows of bookcases were lined up and filled with almost every book written. all were in english as the TARDIS had translated the titles except ones in the far corner. They had swirls and shapes for letters and looked older than any of the others.

"Have fun."

Anya nodded and began reading the first book she picked up, she sat on the floor silently reading.

The Doctor left andwent to his room wich was next door, as he promiced and he fell asleep almost immediately, still fully clothed.

Anya didn't notice him leave as she continued reading

The Doctor slept for a good 11 hours.

Anya had fallen asleep after 6 hours several books sat next to her

The Doctor walked in, visibly better but still slightly pained and looked in on Anya. He saw her on the floor and smiled. He went over to her and picked her up, pained as her body pressed against a still sore part of his ribs. He took her into a spare bedroom and layed her down on the bed. The room was styled in red and Black walls and a fluffy red circular rug was on the floor. The bed was double and had a Paramore duvet on. The Doctor smiled and put her down on the soft matress before taking her shoes off and making her comfortable. He sat down at the end of the bed and regained his strength, willing the pain to go away.

Anya kept sleeping not moving or making the slightest sound.

The Doctor watched her for a few minutes, debating to wake her and ask if she was hungry but accidentally fell asleep at the end of the bed.

Anya woke up not to much later she sat up and saw the Doctor, then looked around the room, " i like this room..." she said.

The Doctor woke to the shift in the bed springs and heard Anya speak.

"Im glad you like it. It is your room afterall." he said sleepily. He couldn't remember ever being this tired.

Anya looked back a the Doctor, "really? cool." She said with a small smile,

The Doctor grinned and sat there, his head throbbing.

"Shall we go on an adventure?"

Anya nodded, "what kind of adventure?" she asked him

"Any kind you like Anya"

"cool.but first i have a question what are you? you can't be human." Anya stated

The Doctor winced and leant back against the wall that was beside the bed.

"Your right. im not. i'm a Time-Lord. Completely Non-Human." he smiled. "To be completly honest, you look Time-Lord. We came first."
